The say command wont Return the name of an Entity being targeted

What I was Expecting
When the /say command is used with the @p,@a,@r,@e target selectors would Return the name of that entities being targeted.

What happened was
The command couldn't return the name of the target,
Instead will return @p,@a,@r, or @e along with the other message.
