Black / no textures on tree leaves

Some of the trees (more like region) have black texture on leaves blocks. My idea of this issue is that my world was generated before some update that add snow for this region, checked with the same seed generated on current version, snow is on the trees, no problems with textures. I think old trees are covered with "invisible" snow that generate this glitch. I'm guessing here

lightning and fancy graphics have something to do with this but more details are in the video. There are no add-ons installed and MC is fresh install.
