Xbox One Beta issues when streaming to PC using Xbox App

When attempting to stream gameplay to my Windows 10 PC via the Xbox App, I experience poor performance and many issues causing me to lose connection, stop streaming, or exceptionally poor streaming performance (black screen). This is EXCEPTIONALLY prevalent when attempting to convert worlds.
