License verification skipped by Global Resources reset

Many users take advantage of this trick (bug) so they can skip the verification of the license (regardless of whether they have it purchased or not) and play the game for free with no limits (They can use XboxLive) without paying for it.

To replicate it you have to open and close the game from the multitask on purpose until a pop-up appears which tells us that global resources were reset and when you click on it, it sends you to the settings as normal, but you can close the options and play the game normally.

PD: Yeah, I know this is normal to prevent crashes when loading Global Resources but there has to be a way so you can not click anything if you do not have a license.
