Efficiency Enchant Bug - blocks can only be mined one by one

The only way to mine grass and dirt block is one by one, it doesn't matter if you stick your finger in the touch screen. It just mine one block, I'm using a efficiency V, unbreaking III, silk touch & mending diamond shovel. It doesn't occur with wood nor rock.
