World conversion. Double end exit portal.

Summary:
The end exit portal is generated on top of the existing one. Creating two portals.
Steps to Reproduce:
Load the supplied world
(receipt but in dutch)
Convert it
Go to the end and observe the results.
Expected Results:
Only to have one Exit portal.
