Interface scale

At the screen resolution of 960x540 (ppi 234) was too small a scale, so the problem still began with version 0.16.0, in the settings the scale does not change and the options.txt file does not help me. I just do not hit my fingers at the point I need, play without the impossible fix and zoom the interface.
