Portals and piston arms can be obtained by /setblock

You can use /setblock and /fill to get nether portals (portal) and piston arms (pistonarmcollision). Those blocks aren't supposed to be obtainable and you can use that to get nether portals in old worlds even though the nether isn't supposed to be accessible in old worlds
