Crashing

I was playing the beta of the new bedrock version on the xboxone, then I went to play on the mineplex server. I tried to do the /? command to see what commands i have access to. After i did that my game crash and now every time i try to go on the beta it would crash and say turn off your xbox for 10 seconds then turn it back on again. I tried that and it didn' work, I restarted my xbox again and that didn't work, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that didn't work eather. Can you help my with this issue thanks.
