Cant tap the " Register " button when you are creating a Mojang account

I dont have a MC account , I tried to register a new one , I putted all my data , and when I putted "Register" , nothing happened.

1. Enter to Minecraft
2.Play on Realms
3. Log in / Register
4. Register
