New Player Bug

Help me I found some player in my server. the name is 0101010101010101010101. nobody use my wifi. it use steve skin. it always burning. after I kill it warp to somewhere then jump and run. I can't use command to ban,kick or change gamemode it. when I'm survival mode, it kill me.
