Animals spawn too much

After a few hours of playing hard mode survival, a certain area will be spawned a lot of animals. And when you walk into that area, your fps drops causing a lag . So i keep on killing them just to avoid lag. But when i turned back, they spawned again, not just one but a lot of them. Only peaceful mode dont lag.
