Multiplayer doesn't work because of xbox live account

this keeps happening from time to time while xbox acts like it's suspended even though my microsoft account is fine. I've had a lot of issues with minecraft win 10 version already so I'm expecting a full refund or else I'll be starting attacks against microsoft.
