Colored beacon beam texture stitched in y axis

If the beacon's beam is colored at any point in the beam, the texture in y-axis gets stitched to repeat about 20 times more often. For visibility improvements the colored glass was put above the screenshotted part.

Reproduce:
-build and activate a beacon
-put any stained glass/-panes inside the beam
