Impulse command block will not power a Chain command block.

My device is Huawei GR5.When I use a line of command block the "chain" command block does not detect the powered impulse command block for example I activated a line of command block i started with an impulse command block with a /fill command then the following command is a chain command block and i set the cmd block to conditional (which means when the past command block is activated the cmd block that is conditional is activated) the command inside it is also /fill so i clicked the switch the first one is activated but the second one did not activate.so yeah basic troubleshooting so from conditional i turned it to unconditional,but the effect is still the same the first one did its thing but the second one did not again. Please Fix
