Creative menu COMPLETLEY BROKEN!

Items such as stained glass and armor stands have disappeared! other blocks like concrete are gone also! Cauldrons and other texture are all flat and things like the armor and I mean ALL THE ARMOR have a plus sign PLZ FIX this bug is a MAJOR issue!!
