Can't launch my beta with it saying "restart your Xbox"

Every time I try to launch the better together beta on my Xbox it keeps saying "if you keep seeing this, turn off you Xbox by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds"
I've restarted the Xbox over 10 times and nothing... Its not the Xbox because I was able to launch other apps and games but not the beta

The error code is 0x80040200.
