/title command doesn't work

I was making a dropper map and using title commands to display things and the /title commands stopped working when I started hosting the world on my phone. They began to say that the syntax was invalid even though the commands before this started happening were formatted the exact same way. I even cloned the command blocks that worked and it worked, but then I changed the text and the commands broke.

This issue is on my Samsung Galaxy J3
