mineplex XBL Account Required

Im on xbox one and am trying to join mineplex, but whenever i try to joinh it says XB1 account Required. I also cant join inpvp, whenever i join it says There was a error logging you in. But lifeboat works fine. I logged in with my second account and all the servers worked, so it might be a issue with my account.
