Multiplayer between W10 and Android doesnt works.

Everytime I host a game, Android clients cant join the game as its appear a message telling it has to configure its privacy settings in xbox.com.
We have tried revising the privacy settings, hosting in different devices, using different devices and no matter what it will always refuse the connection.
Also if you try to connect directly via IP and opening ports it will also tell you to check the privacy settings.
