Missing resource packs

Two months ago I uninstalled Minecraft pocket from my phone and a couple days ago I re downloaded it. I signed into my Microsoft profile and went to create a new world but the texture packs I bought on the Minecraft store were not showing up (the Chinese new year and fallout packs for example). I don't know if they were taken out or if it is a bug that they are not appearing. I sent in a ticket to the help desk and they said to report it as a bug. If they have been removed is there a way to get them back? I am also in the beta version so that could be a factor. Thank you
