Non full blocks glitch

In some of my existing worlds, the ladders and fire look just pitch black, the fire glitch seems to always happen when I put end crystals to summon the ender dragon in the End.

I couldn't attach the screenshots so I uploaded them.

EDIT: I just tested out more things and I noticed that this issue only occurs near END portals and end getaway portals, it also happens with many other non full block things like redstone wires, levers, rails, cobwebs, doors, trapdoors, fences, iron bars, fire and many more, except for the glass and carpets.
