Repeaters and Comparators Can Be Crafted With The Wrong Stone Types

Summary:
Repeaters and comparators should only be craftable with stone (ID 0), however they can currently be crafted with the igneous stones Andesite, diorite and granite, and their polished varieties (ID's 1-6).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place the items in the crafting grid to make a repeater and/or comparator
2. Use any combination of Andesite, diorite and granite as the stone in the recipe

Observed Results:
The repeaters and comparators can be crafted

Expected Results:
These redstone components should only be craftable with smooth stone (ID 0)
