Skin change text in chat client side

When sending the new player skin update packet, all clients will write a client-side text-message in the chat. For some cool server-controlled skin effects (animations), this will be really annoying/usless.

Please remove the text from client-side and put it server-side so vanilla can have it if it wants, but no servers need it.
