Game ignores block destroy vibrate setting when flying with elytra

The game will make vibration while flying using elytra even it's turned off.

How to reproduce:
(Of course you should test it on a device that can make vibration)
1. Set block destroy vibration to turned off.
2. Equip elytra.
3. Fly with elytra.
4. Destroy block.
