Torches on Mob Spawners

Summary:
Torches can no longer be placed on the sides of Monster Spawner blocks

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Try to place a torch on the top or side of a monster spawner.

Observed Results:
It cannot be done.

Expected Results:
I expected to be able to, as before.

Original Description:
Since the 1.2.0.18 update, player is no longer able to place torches on the top or side faces of mob spawners.

How to replicate, find a mob spawner and try to place a torch on it, in either survival or creative mode.
