You can not remove the Items placed in the off-hand using pocket UI

Summary:
When using the Pocket UI on touch devices, items cannot be removed from the off-hand slot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure Pocket UI is selected
2. Place arrows, a map or a totem in the off-hand
3. Try to remove the item from the off-hand

Observed Results:
The item cannot be removed, it can only be replaced with another valid item, or dropped on the floor.

Expected Results:
Items should be able to be placed and removed freely to and from the off-hand slot

• When we put some item in the off-hand (arrows or totem of undying) it is not possible to remove them from the slot (This is happening when you use Pocket UI)
