Cant Use Structure Block !!

Phone : Xiaomi Redmi Note Pro 3
System : MIUI
Android : 6.0.1
Issue : Cant Use Structure Block !!

Why in MCPE cant use Structure Block ??
But in WIN 10.. U can use stucture Block ?
Are MCPE user's need mod to using Stucture Block ?

Im using Stucture block mod is fine !
So why i cant use Structure Block for real in MCPE ??
