Win10 Hosting invisible to other devices.

Whenever I try to host a world and play via LAN with my tablet(Nvidia K1), my server is invisible to my tablet. I have also tested this with a Samsung Galaxy S4, same result.

I've also tried a different network and I get the same result. I used wireshark and can confirm that my tablet tried to ping my computer, and also that it seemed to get no response. I checked my firewall and MC Win10 is allowed for everything. I have not tried reinstalling, but I am sure that I have the latest version on all devices.
