minecraft pe not launching on my son's tablet

Installed this on my son's tablet awhile back....always worked before but now it just goes to black screen. Checked out this list of others that had same problem....system does work with the item that syscheck looked at. Removed and reinstalled it but all we get is black screen and then goes back to main screen on tablet. What can I do to make your product work? thanks, adam
