Skin bug

I'm on an Android Samsung galaxy Tab A (2016)
Whenever I try to wear a custom skin, it asks me what type I want to use but it won't show up and when I press one my skin goes black and when I try to join a server/world it just says "Invalid or corrupt skin!"
