Windows 10 Shift + Right / Left Click a Banner looks like a Sign

When Shift + Right / Left clicking on a banner it seems as a sign is been getting into the inventory, but, when the banner comes to the inventory slot it becomes a banner, attached the video below. Tested in creative inventory, also seen whilst crafting a banner in the crafting table and player crafting.
