Water textures look disgusting

I am playing the beta for the Better Together update on windows 10/PE since it is not on Xbox yet. Upon me entering the world I see that the water textures are absolutely broken and look disgusting, the water looks like a blue blob of nothingness. I assume though that this problem will be fixed upon the official release. It is just a real eye sore to look at and makes me want to vomit.
