Banners - Item Models Are Too Bright

Verification builds:
1.2.0.7 Retail

Summary:
When banners are held or dropped as an item, they are too bright.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use the command /give @s banner 1 1
2. In a darkened area (cave) drop a banner on the floor
3. or observe someone else holding a banner

Observed Results:
The banner is too bright for the surroundings, it almost glows.

Expected Results:
It's lighting should match the lighting of the surrounding area, as it does on Java.
