Command blocks (tested in flat worlds

While loading a chunk with redstone, observer blocks and command blocks, the game will make the command blocks trigger the observer blocks and redstone. This ruins my map with a shop since the command blocks do what they are not meant to do. Another possible bug is command blocks have no function while being in spawn chunks when you unload the spawn chunks like in Java edition.
