Bug with conecting to server

I want to join to server and it say you must have xbox live but if i log in this show this: https://1drv.ms/f/s!As4VYi53UOnbphB-A341H6jqtoEA and i alow all in xbox.com but i can't connect to any server i test more acounts but that was stop loading at resource pack loading and it crash, please help me and fix this bug thanks
