Resource packs/Behavior packs resetting

Device: Samsung Galaxy Core Prime(Android 5.1.1)

This is technically two bugs, but they are both very similar
1. Every time I open the app, my Global Resources reset. This happens when I open the Settings menu on the title screen
What that means is, Global Resources going from having 4 resource packs applied to having only the Default resources.

2. Changing or adding resource/behavior packs to individual worlds doesn't work.
Meaning, If I add resources and behavior packs to a world, it doesn't add them at all

All of this means I can use resource packs through Global Resources, but I can't use Behavior packs at all, due to being individually applied to worlds. I really hope this is fixed soon, as I really want to test some behavior packs I've downloaded.
