Coustom Skin Bug

Since i update the new Beta Version of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition my Coustom Skin won't work anymore but not only my own, i tested any Skin i have on my Computer, the only Skins are working are the Steve and the Alex Skin (And the Skins from the Skins Packs)
