SERVERS and SINGLEPLAYER worlds

Well, when you join a multiplayer world in minecraft 1.2 beta, and then leave, when you try and join a single player world and try to craft, it wont show the craftble items and cant craft too. the only way to get rid of it is too restart minecraft.
