New World generation freezes upon certain conditions found.

This has been happening consistent to every world I try to create with particular options enabled.
Here are the steps to replicate:

1. Create New; Generate Random
2. Enable Bonus Chest
3. Use seed "reaper"

I haven't experimented with many different seeds, but that one in particular crashes every time the bonus chest is enabled.
