Hostile Mobs Have Delayed notice To You During DayTime And You And Them Are In The Water

The title pretty much says it all, but I will explain a bit. Have some hostile mobs, you lore them into water, it becomes day after you run away . They are sort of scared of day or something. They will have a delayed notice to you while they are in the water and you are too. Unless you hit them they wont do anything.
