No Illigers in a woodland mansion

Playing on a realm - we found a woodland mansion. It has no Illigers in it - which was very dissapointing. The mansion was located far from any previously explored area (about 6 level 4 maps south and 4 level 4 maps east) and was located using a map bought from a cartographer. The seed is 1220658029.
The person to locate the mansion first wasn't the host.
We are playing on normal difficulty.
We aren't using any add ons.
