Mob Spawners Spawning and Attempting to Insta-kill Mobs

Mob Spawners are now spawning mobs in fully lit up mob spawner chambers, then killing them as they spawn in. Sometimes the mobs even survive.
This makes for some rather noisy mob grinders.
