I can't install the new update

When I want to my minecraft account the new 1.2 Beta was NOT installed. But I realized that I needed to install the Xbox Insider box. But except that app doesn't even work. What am I supposed to do? there is Nothing I can do! I want the new update, everybody else has it but I don't
