Flatlands generates Ocean biome instead of Plains biome

When generating a new flatlands world in 1.2.0.2 Beta the biome is set to Ocean instead of Plain like it was previously as well as in other versions of Minecraft.

Attached world was generated, then I TP'd to 0,0. All the chunks at spawn and at 0,0 were Ocean
