Bugs in the Flags - 1.2.0.2

Two errors found in the flags:

• First the animation of the event moves it slightly is bugged or there is no animation.

• Second, when we break flags in the creative, they end up being dropped.

OBS:I could not find anything related to the flags. Sorry if it's duplicating again ...
