Removing redstone dust in a powered circuit makes thw circuit sill works

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put some redstone dust in a straight line
2. Power it
3. Try to remove a redstone dust, it will still power the remaining dust even if its not connected
4. Put back the redstone dust then the dust will not power but the others are still powered.
