Command_block and more

1 -I make a map with some command block, chain block and impulse block doesn't make anything after reboot of minecraft. So i should destroy and build again some of the command block. (I think this bug are just on Windows 10, not the others)
2 - Moreover, sometimes players are suffocating in block when they are teleporting. (I play with friends).
3 - Another bug is the absorption : health of absorption does not work until 8 hearths.
