banner bugs and particles

Banner Bugs
1.crash game when place banner on cuctus
2.when out from world and back the banner will back to original shape

and particles bug when use the fireworks or another particles

and slow new background
and slow new GUI
and when use stained glass pane on beacon dont colorinf the light
(stained glass pane)
and have to reorder the items in new GUI
please fix this bugs
