Lagging and jittery

I got a problem with the beta MCPE 1.2. Sometimes its jittery and stopped. (But not force close.) when i want to move when jittery, the sound only makes its noises. But its not moving. [My phone is actually not a Samsung, but another. A phone from Indonesia. Its called Advan E1C 3G.]
